The latest update threw me into such a loop that I have uninstalled this waste of an app and am dreaming up painful hells for the pinhead who okayed the update. Some people should go home to their eldritch homeland and never come back.

Five weeks to go. This was a rough year... lots of stress. Anyway, the summer looks promising. I continue to labour over my Portugues lessons. Getting more intensive. Tons of words and verbs hitting my brain. I can't stand Francais verbs and I've been in the thick of them for years.
My sister is tired but doing all right. I hope we have a quiet and fun summer. This year has to finish off better than it began, right? Feeling hopeful, at any rate. Been reading those Reddit AI stories on Youtube. Always the same story but with different tweaks. Still, it's a great time sink.

After freakish heat we are blessed with rain. I heard thunder this morning. A welcome sign. Not great news for the students going to French camp today but the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the 8s. Anyway, I had a bunch of mom-related dreamlets last night.

I'll admit that I've been in a funk for the last month and change. But since the funeral I think the mood has started to lift. I fell behind at work. Bad idea during a performance review year but it could not be helped. I was able to get some work done to catch up this morning. Good thing there's an inservice tomorrow.
I feel better about stuff. There's still a ton of stuff on mi hermana's shoulders but that also cannot be helped. I made a little mistake... inattention, what are ya gonna do? But that's all for now. Big ideas and plans for the summer.
